Conductive Plastic / Contact

Classic high-value potentiometer technology — proven stability and cost-effectiveness

Custom OEM/ODM

Special angles, output curves, shafts, connectors, waterproofing and temperature designs

Customization & OEM/ODM

Can you customize the measuring range or output curve?

Yes. We support special angle ranges, non-linear and dual redundant (dual output) curves, plus dedicated precision grades up to ±0.2% linearity.

Do you support special environments and mechanical designs?

We offer high/low temperature resistant designs, waterproof potting with O-ring sealing, custom shaft types (flat, D-shape, threaded), special connectors (Molex, JST, Deutsch, automotive-grade) and custom housing sizes from Ø10 mm to Ø50 mm.

What is the typical lifespan?

Contact and conductive plastic potentiometers achieve 1,000,000 to 10,000,000 cycles; Hall Effect sensors exceed 10,000,000 cycles with virtually wear-free magnetic architecture.
